Dr. Rodney Taylor
Rodney Taylor is the Secretary General of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union and was previously the CIO for the Government of Barbados leading digital transformation in the public sector. He is an advisor on Internet Governance and published research on e-Commerce in small states. He is a former Chairman of the Barbados Internet Society.
