Dr. Koh Jean is the Chairman of the Presidential Committee on the Digital Platform Government. He founded Varo Vision & led Korean video compression technology industry. He served as a CEO & CTO of Galaxia Communications, a company in electronic payment and O2O business, he worked as a member of the Presidential Committee on the 4th IR.
